Following the success of our 2021 Change Ambassadors Programme on diversity and inclusion we are delighted to invite participants to join our Spring 2022 Programme. This programme, facilitated by leading financial services ethnographer Dr. Daniel Beunza, equips employees in using the ethnographic methodology to identify cultural barriers to equality, diversity and inclusion in their firms.

For those not familiar with ethnography, this approach can provide a powerful tool to help identify cultural barriers using participant observation. Read our interview on how to effect cultural change with Dr. Daniel Beunza.

We explore the theme of diversity and inclusion further in our 2020 and 2021 Assessment of culture and continue to publish a series of blogs on the insights from our analysis.
