Event Details

On Wednesday 23 February we will mark the launch of our joint report with the Financial Services Skills Commission:  Inclusion across financial services: piloting a common approach to measurement.

Hosted by our Chair, Dame Susan Rice, and Mark Hoban, Chair of the FSSC, this will be an opportunity to learn about the key findings from the Inclusion Measurement Survey piloted by the FSCB and FSSC at the end of last year. This Survey measured employee experiences of inclusivity in financial services, providing comparative, benchmarked data across firms and across a range of demographic groups.

Attendees will hear from Georgina Philippou, Senior Adviser to the FCA on the Public Sector Equality Duty, as well as from some firms that participated in the pilot Survey about how they are using the data practically to inform initiatives on inclusion. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and talk about the challenges and opportunities of building a more inclusive culture across financial services.
