As we know, good organisational culture matters to firms in all sectors, and since we were established we have had many conversations with firms and organisations outside financial services that are not eligible for membership, but are interested in improving and learning about organisational culture.
We are therefore delighted to announce the launch of FSCB Associates as a way in which organisations outside financial services can engage with, learn from, inform and support our work. This latest step in our development will enhance the networks available to members and the opportunities for learning and sharing between different industries.
