Ethical Behaviour & Accountability

The FSCB produced several pieces of good practice guidance to help firms achieve high quality ongoing implementation of these rules. It built on this further with its Professionalism Principles, developed with input from firms, regulators, professional bodies, trades associations, trades unions, advocacy groups and academics. Further, the Consumer Framework, which distilled input from a broad range of consumer bodies and direct-to-consumer research, highlighed the behaviour that consumers have a right to expect: from firms, and from their staff.
