How firms can best support employee health and wellbeing is a pressing issue and one that reflects an organisation’s culture.
The FSCB has been measuring resilience across the banking sector for five years, with the aim of understanding the relationship between working in financial services and wellbeing. We have looked at issues such as excessive pressure at work, negative impact of work on wellbeing and the role of line managers. We’re continuing to explore the dynamic picture of employee wellbeing and its role in organisational culture during times of change. Currently we are aiming to understand how wellbeing affected by the pandemic and possibilities offered by new ways of working.
