This FSCB event will bring together FSCB members and other key stakeholders to discuss what firms can learn from each other to improve disability inclusion in financial services.

FSCB data shows that employees with a disability respond substantially more negatively in our Employee Survey than those without, and particularly so on questions related to personal resilience. In our latest Survey, 56% of those with a disability said they felt under excessive pressure at work, compared to 38% of those without a disability.

At this virtual event, speakers from the FSCB, the Disability Business Forum and from leading disability networks within FSCB member firms and other organisations leading in this space in financial services will present and share practical advice on how firms can better understand and improve the recruitment, experience and perceptions of those with disabilities working in the sector.
