Join us for the first of two events the FSCB is holding in partnership with The American College of Financial Services. This virtual event is an opportunity for FSCB members to hear first-hand how financial services firms in the US are adopting new working models. FSCB Behavioural Scientist Jenny Robinson will present the results of our work with firms examining how working models in UK financial services changed as a result of the pandemic and the associated impact on organisational culture(s). Attendees will then hear from a range of speakers from firms in the US talking about the new working models they are adopting and associated developments, successes and challenges.
