WHAT IS MEMBERSHIP?

Are you a financial services firm that cares about maintaining and improving your organisational culture? Then join the FSCB today – we work with our member firms, regulators and others to identify the challenges of tomorrow. As a member you will have access to the insight and information to help you improve all aspects of your organisational culture, for the benefit of your customers, clients, members, shareholders and the sector as a whole.

CRITERIA

We welcome all firms from across the UK financial services sector.

BENEFITS

  • Be part of a collective, not-for-profit industry initiative to raise standards of behaviour, competence and culture across financial services, including listing on our website and use of the FSCB logo as part of your marketing
  • Access our in-house behavioural scientists, data scientists and policy specialists, working on a data set on organisational culture in banking unparalleled globally and collected over seven years
  • Access our network of a wide range of industry stakeholders and civil society bodies, regulators both here and abroad, academic partners and fellow member firms
  • Participate in and access the outcomes of quantitative and qualitative research, behavioural trials and interventions, and employee surveys designed to help firms understand and address issues that are central to good cultures and good outcomes
  • Access a wealth of publications and content, good practice guidance, in-house and third-party articles and reports
  • Access a wide range of events, workshops, training activities and courses

In 2022, we are also offering members:

  • The opportunity to contribute to and participate in our work exploring two themes of importance to our member firms, regulators and the sector as a whole:
  1. How to promote fairness and inclusion in new working models
  2. How to design diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives that work
  • The opportunity to run a set of consumer-focused questions in the employee survey, all designed to help firms as they prepare for the introduction of the FCA’s new Consumer Duty

BESPOKE SUPPORT

We recognise that individual member firms may have specific priorities they wish to focus on.  We can, on request, offer bespoke support for member firms and would welcome further discussion on  areas and issues of focus for your firm to see how best we can work together.
