We are very pleased to announce the launch of the FSCB D&I network and to convene its first meeting, chaired by FSCB Board Member The Rt Reverend David Urquhart, Bishop of Birmingham.

Our D&I network is a new initiative for 2022, in response to member requests for us to bring HR leads and D&I practitioners together. Participating in the network will enable members to share insights and knowledge with each other, learn from guest speakers and accelerate D&I specific learnings across the sector. It will also support firms in generating new ideas to support D&I in the workplace.

The network is open to all member firms and will meet quarterly, in a combination of virtual and in-person events. At each meeting one or two speakers will share insights on: their D&I focus and related programmes of work; methods they have used to address their firm’s challenges around D&I; high-level findings from such initiatives and lessons learned. Academic experts will also be invited to speak on topics that members have identified as challenges within their organisations.
